EGLINTON WEST

COMMUNITY CLEAN UP

Celebrating the spirit of community and cultural heritage, ARTLEE Creative proudly documented the Eglinton West clean-up event, affectionately known as Little Jamaica, in Toronto. This vibrant neighborhood, rich in history and multicultural influence, came together to inspire change and showcase unity.

Partnering with CBC Radio, Ontario MPP Jill Andrews, Toronto City Councillor Josh Matlow, Black Urbanism TO, and Dope Content Co., we captured the energy, dedication, and collaborative efforts of everyone involved. From heartfelt speeches to hands-on community action, our lens told the story of a neighborhood taking pride in its roots while working towards a brighter future.

This project not only allowed us to highlight the resilience and passion of Little Jamaica but also reaffirmed our commitment to showcasing stories that matter. At ARTLEE Creative, we’re dedicated to capturing the essence of events like this—projects that inspire connection, celebrate diversity, and bring communities together.
